Ardesia Alley apartment is a charming and cozy holiday house located in the central and characteristic Roman district of San Giovanni, ideal for tourist stays as it is possible to quickly reach the main sites and monuments of historical and religious interest. Indeed, it is located a few steps from the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, the famous Scala Santa and within walking distance of the Colosseum.

The area is well served by public transport, from the apartment in a few minutes you can reach San Giovanni or Re di Roma metro stop and also several bus stops.

The house is located on the ground floor accessible with an entrance staircase and overlooks a small courtyard that guarantees complete tranquility and silence. It consists of a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen where you can find everything you need to prepare delicious meals… you can also easily wash dishes in the dishwasher.
It is a small but comfortable apartment and can accommodate from 2 up to 3 people.

From the highway, follow the signs to the GRA ring road, take exit Via Appia towards the center, and go straight on.
