Ciancaleoni Suite, a quiet and refined newly renovated apartment designed in detail to satisfy the most demanding tourists, consists of a large double bedroom, a bathroom with tub, an equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with sofa bed, and is able to accommodate comfortably up to 3 people.

The apartment is located on the first floor – to access you have to climb two flights of stairs – of a beautiful 19th century building, and is equipped with air conditioning and an independent heating system. The wi-fi internet connection is free, just ask for the password upon your arrival.

The district is very large, and urbanistically very composite: it ranges from the areas of intensive nineteenth-century urbanization (the one between the Viminale and the Quirinale, with its axis on via Nazionale, and all the buildings of via Cavour and via Merulana) and even more recent (like the one between the Esquiline and the Celian, with its axis on via Amba Aradam), to the archaeological park of imperial Rome. You can experience the city while staying in a splendid Roman setting.

How to reach Ciancaleoni Suite apartment

From ROME FUMICINO AIRPORT
Take the train that you find inside the airport and get off at Termini Station. From there take metro A towards Anagnina and get off at the “Termini” stop (15 stops, approximately 25 minutes), then line B to the “Cavour” stop (1 stop).

From ROME CIAMPINO AIRPORT
Take a Terravision bus to reach the “Anagnina” exchange station, and from there the metro A to the “Termini” stop (15 stops, approximately 25 minutes), then line B to the “Cavour” stop (1 stop).

From TERMINI RAILWAY STATION
Take metro B towards Laurentina and get off at the “Cavour” stop (1 stop, approximately 2 minutes), continue on foot along Via Urbana until you reach via de’ Ciancaleoni (3 minutes).

By CAR
From the motorway follow the signs for the Grande Raccordo Anulare, take the Via Appia exit towards the centre, and continue straight until Piazzale Appio. Continue (almost always straight) until Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, exit onto Via Carlo Alberto and after passing Santa Maria Maggiore, turn left onto Via Cavour. From there you will reach the apartment in 2 minutes.

– Ludus Magnus
The Ludus Magnus was the main gladiator school/barracks (ludus gladiatorius) in Rome, located near the Colosseum, in the valley between the Esquiline and the Celian. It was one of the four barracks (ludi) built by Domitian (also including the Gallicus, the Matutinus and the Dacicus), the only one partially visible today.

Foro di Nerva or Foro Transitorio is one of the five imperial forums of Rome, the penultimate to be built before the Forum of Trajan. The complex was built by Emperor Domitian.
– Foro e Mercati di Traiano
Foro di Traiano (also remembered as Forum Ulpium), is the largest and most monumental of the Imperial Forums of Rome, the last in chronological order. It was built by the emperor Trajan with the war spoils obtained from the conquest of Dacia and inaugurated in 112. The Trajan’s Markets instead constitute an extensive complex of buildings from the Roman era, on the slopes of the Quirinal hill. Since 2007 they have hosted the “Museum of the Imperial Forums”.
