The apartment, suitable for a 4 people accommodation, is located in the basement of a beautiful building in the heart of the Appio Latino area, at 25 of Circonvallazione Appia, a few minutes walk from Piazza Re di Roma.
All the windows of the house appear at the internal garden, giving a feeling of great tranquility and peace.
The entrance opens onto a small corridor that leads to the main room of the house, a large living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, table, chairs and LCD TV, the ideal place to relax after a long day of exploring the wonders that only a city like Rome can offer.
